Human SUMO III, active

Description:
The active human SUMO III (Ubiquitin-like protein SMT3B [access no: P55855]) is produced from a E. coli expression system, prepared from freshly extracted cell lysates, and purified to homogeneity using methods developed by LAE Biotechnology Co., LTD. The final fraction of enzyme contains a single polypeptide band of 11 kDa.

Concentration:
LAE-SUMO III is supplied at the concentration of 0.5ug/ul (Cat # P004: 100 ug/tube, 200 ul/tube; Cat # P013: 50 ug/tube, 100 ul/tube).
The recommended working condition is 1 ug of SUMO III in 20 ul of reaction mixtures.

Storage Buffer:
The final fraction of LAE-SUMO III is an affinity column pool and is in the following buffer: 10 mM Tris-Cl, pH 7.5, 100 mM NaCl, 100 mM imidazole, 0.5 mM PMSF, 1 mM DTT, and 10 % glycerol. The enzyme is stable in this buffer at -20 ^oC to -70 ^oC. In general, the enzyme is less stable when diluted. We do not recommend any dilution of the enzyme.

Shipping/Storage:
The enzyme is shipped on ice and should be stored at -20^oC or lower.
